Return and Exchange Policy
While we believe in our product, we understand that things happen. We accept the return of hardware items within 14 days with a 25% restocking fee if the item is not damaged and in re-sellable condition, which includes all original packaging and accessories. If not, we reserve the right to bill the merchant for replacement cost of missing accessories or damaged items. Once hardware has been shipped, the return policy applies to all items.
In the event of a return, the merchant is responsible for all return shipping costs and any damage incurred during return shipping.
Any exchanges must begin within 14 days of receipt and may require approval. In this instance, the merchant is responsible for the shipping fees. The item must be returned in re-sellable condition with all original packaging and accessories. If not, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or bill the merchant for replacement cost of missing accessories or damaged items.
All items have protection in the form of manufacturer warranty which automatically extended to the Merchant, unless specifically stated. Please contact us for exact terms of the manufacture warranty for the item you are purchasing.
If your item is defective, please contact us immediately so that we can replace it. Defective items may be replaced with the same product or with one of similar model or value. The merchant is responsible for all shipping unless otherwise stated.
All defective items must be tested and verified before we are able to offer replacement
Refusal of Delivery
If for any reason the purchaser refuses shipment and/or cancel the shipment before delivery of Mango for Salon Management System, the purchaser is subject to pay 25% restocking fee.
