Billing details
Monthly plan price free for 3 months on Front Desk, Front Desk Plus and Front Desk Pro, plus the Booking plan and AI Desk free for 3 months. Starts Nov 1, 2026. Qualifying salons: salons on Mango merchant services; any new salon (SS-4 required), or an existing salon averaging at least $35,000 a month over its last 3 months of merchant statements (statements required). Setup cost and usage apply. Call minutes are billed as used. After the 3 free months, the regular monthly price is charged automatically to the payment method on file unless you cancel before then. No contract: cancel anytime, no cost to cancel, no notice period. The AI Desk is included. Ends when 20 qualifying salons sign up.
Only calls answered by a live receptionist count toward your plan's limit. A call counts as one call if it lasts 3 minutes or less, and as two calls if it lasts longer. Over the limit, each extra call answered by a live receptionist is $0.50, plus usage.
Usage is billed as used: AI call minutes 21¢/min, regular phone call minutes 10¢/min, texts 1.5¢ per standard text message. Applicable taxes are added to your invoice where they apply.
Service Recovery (Front Desk Plus and Front Desk Pro) is a phone follow-up with clients the salon already has contact details for. Mango follows the salon's policy and the authority the salon gives, and makes no promise on ratings, reviews or outcomes. Results depend on the salon being able to serve the client.

What counts as a call toward my plan?
A call answered by a live receptionist counts as one call toward your plan's limit if it lasts 3 minutes or less, and as two calls if it lasts longer than 3 minutes. Only calls answered by a live receptionist count toward your plan's limit.
What happens if I go over my call limit?
Front Desk includes up to 300 calls a month answered by a live receptionist, Front Desk Plus up to 700 and Front Desk Pro up to 1,500. Only calls answered by a live receptionist count toward your plan's limit. Past your plan's number, each extra live receptionist call is $0.50, however long the call, plus usage at the rates above. If you go over often, we can move you to a bigger plan.
Is there a setup cost?
Yes. Front Desk plans have a one-time $200 setup cost.
How is usage billed?
